About Physio Comes Home.
Introducing myself, I am Diane Sidenberg. I graduated from the University of Toronto in 1974 with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. I have actively worked as a Physiotherapist for almost 50 years. Over the years, I have worked in out-patient clinics, rehabilitation hospitals, long-term care homes, private homes, and retirement residences. I have extensive experience in Physiotherapy rehabilitation from all types of Orthopedic Surgery. I also have a lot of clinical experience treating people who have had fractures, sprains and strains, arthritis, and neck and back pain.
In addition to my experience in Orthopedic Physio, I also excel in Geriatric Physiotherapy. I treat the elderly in their homes, to help with balance, strength, mobility, and walking, assisting people in being able to remain in their homes. I have also treated a number of people who are recovering from chemotherapy or regaining strength and mobility after significant illness or hospitalization.
My practice is restricted to home visits so that people can have their Physiotherapy in the comfort of their own home in complete privacy.
Treatment is covered by extended health insurance to the extent that the patient’s policy covers Physiotherapy.
